StyleFit AI provides AI-powered virtual try-on services that allow users to upload photos and visualize how clothing items would look on them. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic try-on images.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, images, etc.) that you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to provide the service.

You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not violate any third-party rights
• Does not contain illegal or harmful material
• Complies with all applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not own the copyright to
• Use the service for any illegal activities

6. Payment and Credits

The Service uses a credit system:

• New users receive free credits upon registration
• Each try-on generation consumes 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• All sales are final with no refunds

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by StyleFit AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StyleFit AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or computer failure or malfunction, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
